Natural birth classes

Hi Ladies!

MH and I are interested in taking some breathing or NB classes.  This is my first and I really have no idea what to expect.  We think a class or two will help us understand the entire process, as I would like to labor at home as long as possible before heading to the hospital.

Oh, FYI I fully intend on getting an epidural!  :)

    Hi! Before my first one we took classes with Rae Andrews www.birthingnaturally.com. I know some other people that took her classes as well. We really liked her :)
