anyone use the Sprout organic baby food pouches?

The last two pouches that I've opened have been so watered down that he could drink it instead of using a spoon. Anyone else had this issue with them? I wonder if they changed their formula.

I've given them to Lucy when we're travelling or out for the day. But, I've never even thought of putting it on a spoon for her. She just sucks them up straight from the container...I thought that was the purpose of the package design, convenience.

There are two kinds of packaging. The ones I'm referring to are like a tiny zip lock bag, not the squeeze top kind.

We don't use them too often, just when out, but I'm annoyed at the inconsistancy.

I did that kind while at Disney but of Plum organic, never tried the Sprout. Must be frustrating. The Plum are on 10/$10 sale alot at BRU, if you want to try in the future.

Haven't tried the Sprout, we've had good luck with the Plum, Ella's and Happy Baby. But we never do a spoon, K just holds them and sucks from the pouch [DH taught her that..at first I was upset but now I realize it makes life so much easier when we're out and about!]

hi which flavors were they? We had that problem once, and we sent a note to their customer service (i think it's info@sproutbabyfood.com). They got right back to us and sent us replacement pouches and a coupon! They explained to us that because there are no additives or preservatives, sometimes a puree may have a different consistency than another pouch. You might want to give it a try.
