Re: ***Weekly Workout Check-In***
Happy Friday!
I had a great workout week, mostly because I've been off of work all week! It's been one month since we last did treatments and I have officially lost 5 pounds!!
My plan is to try and keep up running every day next week even though I'll be working again.
I don't have much advice, other than I always remind myself how good I feel after working out. Getting off my butt is the hardest part!!

Way to go SBrown!! 5lbs gone!! That rocks!! Good advice too!
Im sticking to my workout because I have a race in two weeks. Yikes! So Im trying to log 18 miles by sunday! Ive done 8 which was my long run for the week. Last night I did Insanity instead of running because I dont like running in the dark and didnt get home til late due to work.
As far as weight goes Im alittle frustrated. I eat good and excercise but the scale has actually gone up. What gives? Im blaming it on the 2ww and clomid/HCG trigger shot.
The advice I stick to on a daily basis you feel how you eat. So I like to feel good so I put good stuff in my body. The moment I see a cookie or something yummy I remember how bad it makes me feel later.

Crissy I completely agree with the clomid/trigger. I gained almost 10 pounds during our three cycles. I also wimped out on working out and I know that I really let myself go those three months. When we finished at the end of March i was so depressed because 1. I wasn't PG and 2. I felt like crap!
Good advice about eating! I try to do the same thing. GL with your race!

Good job ladies! I have lost some more, bringing my total loss to 21 pounds! I am so close to my goal I can almost taste it. I did have a bad week working out wise, just did a couple of workouts, but I have kept my calories to less than 1200 a day.
Good luck for the next week!
Tip: I try to eat a teaspoon of cinnamon every day, and I have now added cinnamon pills to my morning routine. Cinnamon helps to keep blood sugar stable, from my research it seems like it is a natural alternative to metformin. Good luck in the next week!
That exactly but pilates sounds fun!!
Congrats on 21 lbs of weight loss!! That is wonderful!!!
I finally decided to get back on my training plan (half-marathon in 10 weeks!) only to be told at my appt today that I can't run for a week. Apparently the injectables gave me giant ovaries, and she's worried about too much jumping around. I'm going to have to ride my bike a lot next week, and maybe swimming? I hate swimming.
So if this cycle doesn't work, I'm taking a treatment break because I need to be able to run! Once the half-marathon is over, baby-making can take over my life again. If it does work, well, I'll be thrilled and willing to give up any dreams of ever being a running.
