DS has been sleeping all day. Should I worry?

He normally doesn't sleep very well. I think he started teething and he is so sleepy lately. Last night be slept a little better then usual, but he has been so sleepy all day. His naps usually last 30-45 mins. He slept for hours. He's not lethargic or anything, but it's different for him. I'm so afraid he's not going to sleep tonight. Has anyone experienced this?
