Anyone know about the $20 Target gift card when you create a registry?

Hi!  I guess it's my first day of third trimester! =]

 I have heard that you can get a free $20 Target gift card when you create a baby registry there.  Is that still going on?  Do I have to do anything special to get it, or do I just go to the store and start my registry?  Thanks! =]

    I got one about a month ago on the back of their baby magazine in the mail. I took it on & bam! 20$ :)

    i registered two weeks ago and didn't get anything like that.  I should check again though, they gave me a lot of coupons and stuff that I have not gone through.  maybe its only in some states, or if you have a coupon?

    I didn't get anything at all from Target after creating my registry. I live in WA. I feel cheated now! :)

    It took about 8-12 weeks after I registered to receive it in the mail.

    Bummer. I registered a couple months back and haven't gotten squat (besides the coupons in the registry packet).  Since I plan to BF and CD, there wasn't much in there that I can use, though.

    It is in the back of a baby catalogue/book that they mail to expecting mothers.  Not sure how they got my information but must have been from some baby website.  It is a coupon/card that you take to customer service with your registry print out.

    I got a book full of coupons that expired 2 months prior to when they gave them too me. That and a diaper sample, shampoo sample, and lots of plastic crap for the landfill. I should have said no thanks.

    As previously stated I got the baby magazine with the coupon on the back for the $20 gift card I took it in started the registry and tada I had a gift card! I think you need the coupon off the magazine to get it.

    I have yet to go into the store, but another pregnant woman I know in my area has informed me you can just go in and tell them you registered online and never received a package or gift card. At least that's how she got hers.

    I wish I had a Target near me... The closest one is at least 1 1/2 hours away, and with these gas prices I don't drive anywhere out of town. Boo!
