Looks like we are having a SURPRISE! I am still breastfeeding DD#2 and ended up ovulating on CD 36 when I thought I was about to start my period...
We want 4 kids but I wasn't "ready" for #3 just yet! DH is so excited!!! I am in shock. Guess I need to work on weaning DD#2....
O.M.G. ...that's all I can say right now! Part excited but mostly scared to death!!!

FWIW, I cried hysterically when I found out I was PG with #3. I was so NOT ready for it - it was unplanned.....but it all worked out!

Without any agenda, can I ask why you are going to wean DD2?
I remember throwing the postive pregnancy test at my hubby. He claims he saw the pee fling out.
I was so upset for days and now I cant imagine life with out my 3 little ones.

I plan on weaning DD#2 b/c I needed low dose aspirin for my pregnancies (can't take that and breastfeed). Plus I need a break if I'm going to be nursing another one soon!

Wow, best of luck to you! We plan to have a third but I would cry if it happened right now. I'm still in recovery from the first six months with DS2!

Believe me, I have cried! But I'm still trying to be excited. I know one day I will look back on this and think "i can't imagine anything different"! But for now...it just seems crazy!

I always put my LMP in fertility friend to keep track of the day. I wasn't charting. I had "symptoms" of ovulating midcycle and we avoided sex. I never assumed I didn't ovulate. When I was "late" for my period I started using OPKs to test b/c that's all I had at the time. It was negative. A few days later it was + followed by a few days of negatives. By that time it was too late. We already had sex 2 days before my +OPK (which should have been my period)!
...and here we are!
This is exactly how our 2nd was conceived! I was keeping track of cycle length through FF and was basing ovulation off of CM/date based on cycle length. A few days before I thought AF was supposed to come, we used pull and pray instead of a condom. A year later we have my beautiful daughter.
I am a few weeks into 3u3 and we are doing great so far. Sex 2 days before ovulation is what got us DD#2 as well. I had no signs of ovulation coming when we had sex, but we were not TTA, just not TTC, so she was not entirely a surprise either.
You will do great! You will see! I am already at the point where I cannot imagine life without DD#2.
