I've heard that stuff is pretty gross....that's why I'm trying the lactation cookies first! It was highly recommended by my aunt, she said it works great. I'm making them tomorrow, so we will see if they help!
I use one of the MM tea bags mixed in with a fruity tea type tea bag, like raspberry and it covers the taste and smell. The taste isn't as bad as it smells on it's own but the fruity tea covers all of that.
I didn't think it was that bad! Though after I finished the box, I didn't bother getting anymore--apparently my supply is fine and I was being paranoid! Though I do make and go through a lot of chicken/payaya soup which is supposed to be good for the supply.
Any beer will do, though. Best to stay away from light beers and ales because they're watered down, but go get yourself a lager or IPA or something - it all contains hops, which is what increases supply. I've had Killian's, Sam Winter Lager, Sam Cherry Wheat, and some stouts. They've all worked for me!
