No help for tonight- I'm going out.

If I wasn't going out I was going to make calzones- I just use refrigerated pizza dough and pizza toppings/sauce/cheese- fold over, top w/ parmesan cheese and bake

Tomorrow I"m going to make a taco bake for a get together

Chicken breasts or ground turkey cooked, onion, green pepper, garlic, 2 T taco mix, 1-2 cans of rotel tomatoes and green chile, 1/2 block cream cheese, 4 c cooked rice, 2 T cilantro, and cheese.

I recently made stuffed shells:

Cook shells- then mixspinach, ricotta, garlic, italian seasoning, parm cheese, mozarella cheese- fill shells- top w/ marinara sauce and cheese and bake

Tonight-Roast chicken with roasted carrots and steamed broccoli.

Last night- goat cheese, spinach, and roasted red pepper stuffed chicken breasts with sauteed spinach and steamed broccoli

Tomorrow- Turkey burgers and sweet potato fries with salad

Earlier this week we had broiled flank steak with steamed broccoli, salad, and farro

We don't normally eat this much broccoli but I bought the big bag at costco on Tuesday!

My BIL had surger Monday so people have been bringing them food. They invited us over to help clean out the fridge from all the food. Chinese, Olive Garden and Chicken w/ sides.
