NIFR: Easter Dessert

You ladies are all so resourceful. Does anyone have any good Easter desserts? I'd like something that is yummy and presents well. It's for 6 adults and 2 kids.

I was just looking for ideas myself

I decided to make brownies and put crushed pretzels on top of the batter- and melted peanut butter and drizzle melted caramel on top

Other ideas:

fruit trifle- cut up pound cake, layer vanilla pudding or cheesecake flavor pudding, fresh berries, and cool whip

candy bark- melt chocolate chips- spread thinly on wax paper and set, then do a layer of white chocolate over that and top with pastel m&m's, crushed oreos, etc.

ice cream cone cupcakes- pour cake batter into ice cream cones and bake. top with frosting-- swirl on with a plastic bag and and sprinkles

Chocolate eclair cake

graham crackers, vanilla pudding mix, 4 c milk, tub of cool whip, chocolate frosting

line a pan with graham crackers

mix the pudding mix, milk, then mix in the cool whip.-- layer this on top of graham crackers. alternate between pudding mix and graham crackers. pop the frosting in the microwave for a minute or so- and pour over top. refrigerate.

i love this for an Easter dessert.

When I made it, I omitted the strawberries (just wasn't any nice ones available at the time) and added cut marshmallow flowers. I have a picture somewhere of the cake, but for now I stole the picture below to give you the idea. I placed the marshmallow flowers on the top and base of the cake.
