any baby monitor system that works with iphone?

I want something that can switch between rooms so we can still check on dd and also check on the baby.  It would be awesome if there was something that worked with an iphone app of some kind.  Anyone know of such a thing?

    Luckily the company I work for does this. We are getting a camera installed in both the nursery and in the room that will be the playroom. We can check in anytime online with our computers, Iphone, or when we are home simply turn on the t.v. to see what's going on. Check out www.mytotalconnect.com :)
