I have a question for you...
I have a sourdough bread starter that is ready to be baked today. I forgot to pick up bread flour at the store, so all I've got is all-purpose and whole wheat. Is it a big deal if I don't use bread flour or should I wait until I have it?

It wouldn't worry about it with a sourdough.
Did you make your starter yourself? Yeast or no yeast?
I've been working on a completely yeast free one for about 6 weeks now... I think it's just about ready! I'm so excited!
