my son was born at 31.4 weeks and is 3months 2 weeks old, i think he might be teething but its so hard to tell i mean he drools alot, and crys quite a bit and i have been having issues with him taking his full bottle. what do you guys think?
I was getting ready to post this exact same question. My son was born at 32 weeks and is 15 weeks old (actual age). He started drooling a couple of weeks ago on and off. Sunday he started acting fussy aand sleeping like crazy. I noticed the gums on the bottom look a little swollen and his teeth to be are visible underneath the gums. It still looks like it will be a long time before they cut through, but I didn't know if it was too early for teething.

My DD was a late bloomer, and didn't start to really teeth until 6-8 months old. She got her first tooth around 9 months old. And then at a year she got 4 more. Although she drooled for several months before hand.
DD showed signs starting around 3 months actual and her 1st tooth didn't pop until the day before she turned 9 months. I swore they were coming (the first 2 came as a pair, about a day apart and we could see them pushing up) for the LONGEST time, but nope.
Just to give you hope, he next 2 (again, they came as a pair) came in unannounced. I saw them in her mouth one day and was amazed!

Re: when did your lo show signs of teething?
We thought he was starting to show signs of teething at 4 months adjusted and his first 2 teeth showed at 6 months adjusted!
If 3 months is his actual age it seems too soon to be teething. I guess it's not impossible but I wouldn't assume that's it.
