I can't totally remember, but I do remember feeling much more myself and "normal" all around at 4 months which also happened to be when I stopped pumping and they were sleeping through the night.
My skin actually gets better with pregnancy, minus the melasma.
But my girlfriends have all had luck with it going away in 2 months or less. Only one girlfriend had her breakouts longer but she had a micro preemie and I think the stress in that situation was the reason it stayed longer.
Mine is the complete opposite...after birth my face turns back into a pizza...now its nice, fat, juicy and clear...lol. I do know that it takes about 3 months afterwards for your hair to start falling out, so maybe the skin change will be a similar time frame, due to hormones?

I'm the opposite too. My face clears up during pregnancy. I would think once the hormones settle down after birth your face should go back to pre-pregnancy. I know mine gets gross again after I give birth.
