HOLY CRAMPING!!! Wow, not what I was expected but it was 4 really bad cramps when they injected the dye and then it was all over. And these didn't build it was full on "my uterus is being squeezed to death". Ugh. I even took 600 mg of motrin before, yeah lot of help that did!
And of course I got all emotional and nauseous afterwards and my blood pressure dropped cause I'm a big baby and the feeling like I was going to barf/pass out scared me. The nice nurses brought me juice though and I was all better in no time. Not fun, but in hindsight it wasn't all that bad the intensity of the cramps just really caught me off guard. So I proceeded to say "ow, ow, ow" as he injected the dye. Like that was going to help. My poor Dr what a nut patient he has in me!
BUT in really good news by day 3 blood work and the HSG all came back normal. Dr. is going to talk to me more on Friday about next steps so who knows......doesn't explain why I can't hold a pregnancy but at least I know there is nothing major wrong.
Wow, long post thanks for reading!

2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Thanks for all the support! You all are too sweet. I was quite emotional today....but am feeling much better. And you all are right, I'm very lucky the results came back clear. Definitely worth the discomfort for a little peace of mind.  Counting my blessings for sure, hopefully this means only good things (BFP) to come.
