iPhone users

So I have to get my own phone and phone plan. I'm thinking about upgrading to the iPhone 4, but since my current job pays for the plan I don't know what kind of data plan etc. we have. Also, I don't know if I should go with Verizon or AT&T. Thoughts? What do you have?

    I have an iPhone 3G on AT&T.  Love the phone, hate AT&T.  I don't know much about the iPhone 4, so I can't help with that part of it.  However, DH and I both have alot of dropped calls with AT&T  There are several "dead" spots on 75 as well where the call will just be gone, even though I have all my bars.  Yesterday, for example, DH tried to call me twice and my phone never rang.  We actually plan on staying with iPhones and upgrading to whatever the newest version of the iPhone, but switching to Verizon when our contract is up in January.

    Love my Verizon iphone 4! It is my best friend. :) My husband always wants to play with it too. He is jealous. I get great service whether using the 3G or the wi-fi. I would definitely recommend Verizon, even though they can have some customer service annoyances.

    Love my iPhone 4.  I have AT&T and haven't had any issues with service, dropped calls, etc.  My only complaint is the cost of the data/usage plans.  I was paying $75/month but was going over on my data usage.  So I just upgraded to the next data plan and now I'm looking at paying @ $90/month.  Ouch. Confused
