First of Many Nights, I'm Sure

Last night was the first night that I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep because LO was moving.  It was the first time that I couldn't simply change positions and be able to fall back asleep.  All good stuff!  She's growing. She's getting stronger.  I'm sure that in the coming weeks, I'm going to want the sleep more, but, right now, I'm just enjoying the glow of having felt her for so long and so strong last night!

    It's definitely a strange sensation. 

    I'm usually woken up by the need to use the bathroom, then notice i can't fall back asleep till she's done kicking/punching, which can go on as long as 10 minutes sometimes.

    I can't say she's ever woken me up by kicking, but I'm usually so exhausted it takes a lot to wake me LOL

    Yes, SO had his hand on my stomach all night and he woke up from the kick.  I said imagine what I feel buddy! LOL!

    I've never been awaken by the kicking, just the urgent need to run to the bathroom.  But my insomnia started a couple weeks ago .. I think I've seen every Golden Girls rerun there is!

    SN: This morning I watched Chelsea Lately for the 1st time, why doesn't this woman wear any makeup?!

    Awe that's so sweet!!! I'm only 'almost' 12 weeks along....so I'm absolutely anxious and excited for that stage! I loved that with my two DD's. Time goes so fast...so nice that you're taking it all in and appreciating every moment! Yay baby!
