  I have an idea.... I am more of a visual person so I'm not sure if this is going to be easy to understand without showing you what I mean, but here it goes...

  Anyway... You know how you roll the diapers up to make each tier like a circle or a square? Well that's what you could do for his head (circle) then square for his body? everybody part is a shape on the leggo guy, so treat it like another tieir and make it that shape. then to attach it use a thick wire to feed through each one (I think that could be the sturdiest yet easiest to bend.  I know it may make it big, but I think that would be best. Then for the hands you could cut a piece of PVC pipe in half and paint it yellow and attach it to the ends of the arms. The feet are big enough to have three tiers each a different size in a square shape. The arms could be three diapers rolled up then hot glued closed and onto the wire you use. Then you could paint the face on or use googlie eyes and yarn, and then make a leggo sign for on the body!

  Now I know I am probably thinking this would be easy enough to do, and that may not be true, but just thought this could get you started! I ish I could help you lol! you'll hve to post a picture when you are done!

  Ohhh or you could use a red ribbon with a yellow leggo sign on the ribbon like a belt lol!
