Home Doppler best thing I ever purchased!

So, I bought a home doppler in my first pregnancy but it was unfortunately not viable. So I put the sucker away. Then the past week and a half I pulled it out and started trying to find the LO. No luck, until this morning!!! There she was (still think its a girl) pounding away! THE BEST SOUND EVER! So, Happy Wednesday morning to everyone! Figured this would be a great way to start the day with good news! Big Smile

    That's so awesome!  I know what an awesome sound that is.

    I suffered a stillbirth last year, and I'm super paranoid, obviously, this go-around.  Which doppler did you purchase and where did you get it?

    I just ordered the Sonoline B off eBay last night! I can't wait to het it, I have a feeling I'm going to be obsessed with it :)

    Yay!  That is great news to start with today!

    I want one, but I don't want to not find the heartbeat and then royally freak out over it, so I'm waiting until after our 12-week to pick one up.

    Congrats on finding the heartbeat!

    I love mine too!  I'm trying not to do it every day but it's so much fun to hear and know that everything is going well in there!  :)

    I bought mine yesterday morning and paid a little extra to have it here in 2-3 days.  I really hope it comes today but I think it'll probably get here tomorrow :(.  I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow at 7:30am anywaysI cannot wait to hear it.. I just pray that I do!

    I had told myself that I didn't need one but with all the recent sad posts I bought one of the Sonoline B's on ebay yesterday. I can't wait for it to get here. I have my 12 week appt next thursday so hopefully it will give me some peace of mind before my appt!

    When you hear the heart beat it really does put your mind at ease. However, it can truly cause serious anxiety if you dont find it and read too much into it. It was not a constant this morning as the little son of a gun was moving around i think... had to keep moving the doppler wand around. Once again, its truly amazing when you do hear it, but try not to get your hopes up incase. I am limiting myself to 1 listen per week so i do not become as obsessed as i think i probably could.

    This! I bought one, and DH hid it on me because we went 2 days without finding it and I was on the verge of tears. We were able to find it the next day, and I felt silly for getting so upset so I told him to put it away. 

    I broke down and made him give it back to me last night, but only after I told myself I cannot freak out if I'm not able to find it. At this point, they're so little and they move around it's no wonder doctor's don't even try until 12 weeks!

    I love mine too! I just got it last week in the mail, after seeing a thread on here about them. I've been sleeping better at night since listening to my LO before we got to bed. It's sooooooo nice to have that peace of mind!

    I heard the heartbeat for the first time today, too!  So great, since those 4 weeks between appointments can be reallllly long.
