XP: Had my CCRM consult (Long)

(I just discovered this board...I know I haven't been around much lately, but how long has this board been here?!  Wondering if I'll be spending more time on here than on IF??)

Yesterday DH and I had our phone consult with Dr. Surrey.  We spent about a half hour on the phone with him, and we really liked him and his personality.  For some reason I was so nervous about this phone call, but it went really well!  He helped put my mind at ease a bit and said I do NOT have POF (which is what a 2nd opinion doctor locally told me I did have) and would put our chances at conceiving with my own eggs at 25-30%.  These are still not great odds, but they are leaps and bounds above the 5-15% chance we have been given here.

I asked what made the difference in success rates, and he said it's a combination of the type of protocol they'd use on me (tailored more specifically for me) as well as their lab.

I need to call the financial person tomorrow to work out the details of how my insurance would work to cover some things out there (if at all) because we want to make a decision here sooner than later.  If we decide to go with CCRM, we'll need to get out there for a one-day work-up between cycle days 5-13 either this cycle or next.  With work things I have going on, this cycle would better timing-wise for that and since tomorrow is CD1 (I can tell), I need to get on this.

At this point, who knows what we'll end up doing.  I certainly don't want to rush into anything, but at the same time we've been waiting and debating for several months now....I'm ready to get started with a plan.
