For those that find out your pregnant so soon after your youngest...

For those of you expecting again how did you know?

I'm using the mini pill and am always good about taking it within a half hours time everyday. My question is I'm exclusively breastfeeding so my period is a bit sparatic/sparse and not regular by any means. How do you know your pregnant? What signs do you watch for? I don't think I am, but the usual tell tale signs of breast soreness and change of appetite would just be normal for me.

    I'm not KU but I POAS every month just to double check. I ordered 25 cheapie tests off amazon for 5 bucks...figured it was worth the investment.

    If I get really paranoid over being KU I POAS as well. My cycles are never the same either and I know how you feel.

    I'm not expecting again yet, but this LO was conceived on the pill, so.. I don't know.. I figure, if it happens, it was meant to be. And we already agreed BF would get snipped after 2 LOs.

    Yeah, before DS my period was NEVER regular. Generally speaking it was every two months, but sometimes it would appear after 3 weeks just to throw me off. I got my period at the end of the last month, and so I'm anxiously awaiting for the return of it here soon. I have no idea if my body will start having periods once a month or if I'll resort to my past ways, so if I don't get my period by May 1 I def will be POAS just in case.

     

    I'm secretly paranoid that I'm PG again. I'm reading into every sensation too closely! Def want more kids...just not now.

    Thank you for all of your answers. Guess I will by some tests and POAS on a semi regular basis just to be sure. I am definately feeling the same way as you, jocass.

    Guess I'm not the only one who's going to be super paranoid every single month! I think I might stop over to Amazon and look at that 25 tests deal! My husband is going to give me the side eye... lol

    I was on the mini pill after my DS and i took it same time everyday and ended up pregnant with DD when DS was 3 month old ( my Dr. said this is very rare) I just felt a little off so i POAS and got a BFP.

    I started feeling a bit yucky and hot when I was sleeping.  I also had the same uterine twinges that I did with DS.  BFP #2!!!
