Growth spurts - actual or adjusted?

I'm not sure when I should look for these. DD was 2 weeks adjusted yesterday and I think she might be having one. She ate for hours in the afternoon and overnight. I'm just not sure if I should expect these - what was your experience?

    With my ds it's been hard to predict. I've learned not to expect anything. LOL

    I asked my pediatrician this the other day (he is a former neonatologist) and he said preemies just kind of go through growth spurts when their body tells them too. LOL. He said to just expect the unexpected.

    Same here! We have experienced one major growth spurt right when she came home from the hospital and are waiting on another lol
