This might sound a little disjointed, because we just found out that Alex's daycare is closing June 30. While I understand we still have about 2 months to find a new one, I'm a little nervous because he'll still (most likely) be in the infant room for another 6 months and I know there can be a wait for those spots.
I live in Monroe, work in WC and our daycare is SUPER convenient and inexpensive ($188) a week. Our main concern is money. We can't really afford to spend $250-300 a week. Most of Alex's teachers are amazing, and I'm trying not to freak out right now.
Any suggestions? We only looked at a few when we were first looking, because the daycare now is in the same 'community' my SIL works in (it's a retirement community that has a daycare in it), and our nieces also go to the daycare. So now I feel like I'm starting all over.
Re: Need some daycare recommendations - Monroe/WC area
We thought about that. But strangely enough, I don't know how I feel about in home, one on one. I know that sounds weird. I like the socialization he gets, and other things that come with a daycare setting. But we might have to entertain that idea. My SIL (who has 2 at the day care) is thinking about that, so maybe we'll go in with her on that!

Hello!
Due to professional restrictions, I can't provide my opinion about the daycares in your area, but I can list for you some of the daycares that are used by other families in the MLSD, so that you can investigate them if you haven't already. Some are farther from Monroe than others. In no particular order:
Atrium Family YMCA: https://www.gmvymca.org/atrium/
The Goddard School on Princeton Glendale Road
Childtime on Cold Water Drive
