AW: Job, School & Memory Jewelry

My sapphire ring came a day early. I was hoping it would, as we purchased it for this day (3 months since our loss). Thank you, FedEx! I have been wearing a memory necklace with the date of our loss and baby feet and a sapphire stone, but wanted something more discrete for certain occasions. Plus, I want to eventually pack away this necklace in our LO's memory box.

I got a new job! At the hospital I've applied to like 20 times since moving here 3 years ago. Now, I have my foot in the door there and don't have to drive so far for work anymore! DH got a summer job yesterday, so I'm thankful for that as well! God is certainly providing for our needs!

 Today I also had my final evaluation with my nursing professors, which went well. They spoke of how proud they were of me for "pulling through" this semester despite our loss, and that they understood what a difficult semester its been. And they gave me things to work on over summer.

 

And brownie points to all of you that have made it this far into the post! Thanks for letting me brag for a minute!
