Owen has 9 teeth, but he still eats softer foods. We give him waffles, pancakes, toast, bananas, oatmeal, strawberries, peaches, yogurt. We keep trying eggs but he's still not a fan yet!

Frozen blueberry pancake, yogurt, applesauce, cereal bars (the Gerber ones), fruit puree mixed into 4 tablespoons of "baby" oatmeal, she'll take a couple bites of scrambled eggs, bananas, mandarin oranges or pretty much any fruit.
every day he eats at least half a banana diced up, sometimes other fruit, and oatmeal or toast (with a little spray butter and sometimes a little bit of jam). Sometimes yogurt. As with above, we keep trying eggs but he's not a fan yet!
CJ just got his top 2 teeth for a total of 4 and is cutting 5 & 6. He's been eating the same thing for several months, we just recently put a little jam on the toast or a very thin spread of pb.
Take a chance. Take a risk. Take the initiative. Make your wishes a reality and make your dreams come true!
Pancakes and waffles are very soft, hard boiled and scrambled eggs are good also, fried eggs would probably be fine also, any soft fruits (you can find some that are jarred/canned in natural juices or water rather than syrups), yogurts with or without fruits, Freeze dried fruits are also quick to soften/dissolve and are sweet. I did offer breakfast meats but made them small enough pieces that she would not have problems swallowing without chewing.
Cheerios, Kix, Rice Krispies or Rice Chex, Puffs would all be fine crunchy things to eat. Corn flakes may be ok after you watch to make sure he crunches them before trying to swallow - this is why my LO doesn't get them yet even though she has plenty of teeth, she swallows without trying to chew thew; Cheerios and Rice Chex have several flavors to explore...
Most days DD2 has regular oatmeal with mashed banana because that's what DD1 usually wants, but both girls also like yogurt (DD2 gets plain whole milk yogurt mixed with some pureed fruit); pancakes, waffles, or French toast (all of which I serve plain, or with applesauce instead of syrup), and all kinds of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, and bananas are DD2's favorites). We're still working on eggs with DD2.
Most breakfast foods are soft enough to be gummed, so the amount of teeth shouldn't matter.

DD only has 4 teeth and doesn't gum anything, she just swallows!
I give her oatmeal, fruit (bananas, apple, melon, pear, etc.), pancakes, waffles and scrambled eggs. Occasionally I give her toast with cream cheese but I still have a hard time cutting it small enough for her to swallow without making a face.

bagel with cream cheese, usually he'll eat 1/4 of a bagel and suck all the CC off the rest.
