side pains

in 2nd Trimester
I've been having some side pains since yesterday. They are at the sides of stomach in line with my belly buttom (above my hips). It isn't to uncomfortable if I am just sitting of laying but to touch it the pain gets pretty intense. Anyone else have any sort of pain like this? I was thinking maybe it could be growing pains of my stomach stretching or maybe i ran into the top of the stairs again in my sleep.
