*Update on H2O issue*

The city came out and took a look at it and said "It's on our side, it's our problem". Thank goodness. Shane never shut off the water and we waited until yesterday am to call. Not by my choice but there doesn't seem to be any harm done. Phew! Thanks for all the advice.
