  Crazy 8 has them fairly cheap.  I got Gabe jeans on sale for $9.99 with the adjustable waist.

  I've bought them at JCPenney and they seem to always have a sale going on.  Crazy 8 has them.

  There are also these things you can buy, I think they are called dapper strappers or something, that kind of cinch the waist in.

  We have the opposite problem. Chubby waist, short legs. I just roll the legs up but he ends up walking over them and tripping because they don't stay rolled!

  Old Navy has adjustable waist and their pants also run long.  I had the same problem with all my kids.  GOD love adjustable waist!
