  We have it (the stand) and use it every day.  LO sleeps in the UB bassinet in our bedroom for all naps/overnight.
  

  I'm nervous for when LO outgrows it.  He doesn't sleep as well in the PNP. 
  

  Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in. 6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)

  If you do decide to get one, I would check Amazon, because the UPPABaby one is expensive. There are cheaper options that work with the bassinet. I can't remember which one, but it has been recommended on this board before.

  try putting a mini crib mattress in the pack and play. they are around $40.00 and they add more comfort.

  We got the $40 version off of Amazon. I want to say the brand is Jumperoo, but I can't remember. We haven't used it yet, but it looks cute! And it got good reviews on Amazon.

  The jumparoo one hooks properly? I really want to do the same thing (use the UB bassinet in my room for the first few months) and would LOVE to find an alternative that has better reviews! I think the UB one looks a bit unstable...

  How does the bassinet stand work?!?!

  We bought the Vista because we loved it but the bassinet was the icing on the cake. We also plan to have LO sleep in the bassinet in our room and were interested in the stand, but it looks like it just sits in/on the stand, is that right? How "sturdy" is it?

  I registered for the Jolly Jumper stand at buy buy baby. i read a bunch of reviews online that said it worked, so fingers crossed that it works well!

  We used our Jolly Jumper bassinet stand with our UBV bassinet every night for almost 4 months. 

  It works wonderfully and is MUCH cheaper than the UB stand.  I also loved that the Jolly Jumper rocks which the UBV does not do.
