  There's no way to tell unless you know the brand he/she will prescribe.  Do your Target PNVs have DHA in them?

  Do you have a costco near by? My Dr told me to get the natures made PNV. They sell them there for cheaper. They have DHA

  P.S. you can take ur target PNV and just add expecta pill to it. They are DHA pills located right by the PNV : )

  Also, your doctor may not prescribe you PNVs at all- mine didn't.

  There are guidelines that the FDA must follow for pnv so any brand is fine, they have to have a certain amount of all the ingredients. Sometimes the dr will prescribe you some if you can get them cheaper with your insurance.
