Ear Infection

DD has gotten her first ear infection and fever.. I feel soo bad for her.. She started antibiotics yesterday morning after doc visit.. When do they start to feel back to normal.. ?? She seemed better already when i left for work this a.m. Just curious Thanks

    Poor little thing. I feel so bad when they are sick. She should start to feel better and back to normal within 48 hrs of antibiotics.

    They usually start to feel better really soon after starting antibiotics, but the fluid in the ears can take up to 2 weeks to go away (but they usually don't cry about the fluid b/c it's not painful).

     Our DD started antibiotics in an am and was acting fine already that evening.
