Exciting news!

DH got a new job, and it has great pay and benefits, job satisifaction and stability, and it's in Olympia which means...

We are moving!!! We are finally getting out of this condo AND I'm quitting my job and am going to stay home with the boys full time (probably deserves it's own post, I'm nervous about this since I know it won't be easy to be/transition to a SAHM) I'll also do a bit of marketing for my dad's company! We will be near all of our family in Oly too.

I am so nervous but so excited too! So much to do and figure out! It feels like this has all started happening so fast after years of this being "the plan" - DH interviewed last Monday, got an offer mid week and countered asking for more money. The boss agreed on friday and pushed the paperwork through and they just came back today offering him even more money and at a higher level (taking his experience and applying it as if he had been internal the entire time). *is this even real*???

To top it all off I'm on vacation all week and we leave for Vegas in 2 days... I feel like stuff is starting to go our way after years of being stuck in this condo and with my crazy stressful job. I know something is bound to go wrong, but for now I'm happy and so proud of DH!

I am a bit shocked still and don't even know what to do first. I think we are going to rent a house until we can sell our condo - any good resources for finding a rental and selling your house?

(please don't post on facebook yet, DH and I aren't giving our notice quite yet! though they want DH to start next week!!!)
