  There are a ton of cute ideas out there.  Did you want to do a sea theme?  Super cute (seahorses, fish, etc).  Other popular ideas:  owls, ladybugs, dragonflies, jungle, Look whooo's one (owl), monsters, polka dot, ice cream, cupcake, and princess.

  I am shooting for low budget maybe some DIY stuff to make it special.

  We will be at the beach:) I am considering doing a solid table cloth and putting sandollars down the center of the tables. The picnic area has a shade structure to hang a garland from. I like all the hawian flowery stuff from oriental trading company. However it is a little expensive and disposable.

  I like the idea of sewing a reuseable garland out of felt along with a happy birthday banner that can be reused.

  For Natalie we did a cupcake theme, it was easy since there was a TON of cupcake stuff in stores.  For her 2nd party we did polka dots, again pretty easy.

  For Addi we did Ice Cream theme, I used SweetieP for the invites and decor, it was great and easy!
