I am looking for a Moms group in Reisterstown/Owings Mills. I have a newborn but want to get out of the house and have some fun with some other Moms and babies. Or do you know of any sites to find a local Moms group? Thx.

You could google international mom's club to see if there's a chapter in your area. They have membership fees and cater to SAHM though.
Also check out baltimoremommies.com. I'm a member on that site (it's free) and thet try to schedule a mix of events for SAHM and working moms. A bunch of the activities are geared towards older, mobile kids, but there are plenty of playdates at the park now that the weather is nice, and playdates at people's houses that you can attend with an infant.
Lastly, there is a Baltimore Bumpies/Nesties playgroup that meets once a month on weekends. The April one is next Saturday. Moms take turns hosting at their house or at a park. If you see a post about playgroup, you can send your email address to be added to the evite list.
Ditto on baltimoremommies.com. I'm so glad I joined there. I was not looking forward to driving to Columbia or White Marsh for meetups. THere are a lot of women in our area there. THe website is really basic but they have a nice calendar feature anda message board just for us Northwest Mommies.
I'm in Owings Mills but my LO is only 5 months.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!
Glad to know about the batimore moms site. I too live in Owings Mills and would love to meet up with moms in the area and not travel. I will check that out adn see what happens.
My daughter is 14 weeks (almost 4 months).
Hope (32), James (36), Sophee (1 year old), McKenzee (7 weeks)
I'm also in Owings Mills/Reisterstown, but I work FT.
There are so many good library storytime programs through Baltimore County - they even do baby/infant yoga and massage classes for free. I'm always bummed that we can't make them (they do have a few on the weekends, but not that often.) I would definitely check that out!
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!
My favorite money saving tip: I've earned more than $300 in gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Southwest!) using SwagBucks for internet searching - and you can too!
It's FREE and EASY!
