So I am interested in a new skin care regimen and mascara. What do you all use? I have always been oily but since having baby #2 I have had combination skin. I also like waterproof mascara because eye makeup always seems to smear on me. Thanks in advance.
Re: Need reccomendations skincare and mascara
I LOVE Mary Kay's regimen... I have a friend that sells and just bought it to help her out.. I usually use some cheapo face wash I find in Walgreen. It is FANTASTIC! I love it... Here's the link.. My friend sold it to me 50% off.. I think most Mary Kay reps will give you a decent deal. It's lasted for 4 months and still have some left.. maybe another 6 weeks or so? https://www.marykay.com/skincare/agefighting/miraclesetstep1//default.aspx?SkinType=1
For mascera I love Cover Girl.... the pink tube with the green top? Can't remember the name. I have used/tried EVERY mascara (Lancome, Clinique, every brand) and Cover Girl is still my favorite!

OOps... it's not Cover Girl mascara its maybelline.
I have sensitive skin and use Clarins. It's pricey, but a little goes a LONG way. I love the instant smooth!
For mascara- lately using the L'Oreal Million Lashes for day to day. If we are having a big night out I really love Dior Show.
I'm a makeup brat. I have enough for all the Cincy ladies, and then some- and it would probably last us all for a year or two at least!
I use Dove bar soap on my face, and have since I was a teen. Nothing else works the same for me. I have tried more expensive stuff, and always go back to Dove. I love Clinique Moisture Surge Extra face gel. It is wonderfully light and soaks right in. Great in the summer, but works on flaky dry skin, too. It is kind of expensive, so when I don't want to splurge, I use Neutrogena sensitive skin lotion in the pump bottle. It works well too, and won't float off under makeup.
I like the L'Oreal Millionize mascara, too. The brush takes getting used to, but it really makes lashes look thick and long. Nancy at Faceing suggested it. Maybelline Lash Stilletto is great for adding a ton of length and stays put like crazy. Laura Mercier mascara is also very natural looking, and lashes stay soft, but it is a splurge. I don't go anywhere unless I at least curl my lashes and put on mascara. I thank Nancy for making me all dead eye look paranoid. Love her anyway!
