All this talk about family size, I'm wondering if people want to have a similar family size to what they grew up in.

I grew up an only child and hated it. That's one of the main reasons why I had 2u2-I hope they will have a close relationship. I had friends who had siblings close in age and they were close, and I was always jealous of them.

I am an only child (although I have 3 half brothers) and DH is the youngest of 6. We would like to have 3 kids.

DEFINITELY less. I was an only child for 5 years, then my sister was born, so it was just us two for 5 years. I really liked it. Then my mom remarried a man with 3 other kids, so it was 5 kids within a 6 year age span. TOO MUCH. Nobody liked it.

I'm the oldest of five, and I voted that we would like less children. Truthfully, I would have 4 or 5 if I thought I could handle it, but we are most likely done (we have 3).

I'm lurking but my husband had 3 sisters growing up and bc of that he wants only 2. I don't think he got enough attention and says if we only had 2 we can split our attention equally. I don't agree with his point (I want 3) so I need to change his mind somehow
