I wanted to tell you - I read your PDA post.

Andrew had a moderate PDA and I was on indocin (2.5 rounds) before delivering as well.  They told me that the incodin would be less effective at closing the PDA since he had been exposed to it in the womb.  Instead, they opted to try ibuprofen.   I don't know if there were other factors that led to this decision, but maybe it's something you might want to discuss with your doctor.

    I was wondering about that... I got two doses of Indocin while I was on bedrest. I'll have to bring it up next time I see them.

    Right now, they've decided to just watch it for awhile instead of treating it at the moment, so we have time to talk through all our options.
