Anyone else super sore in the mornings?

I woke up yesterday and this morning sooooooo core and achy. I'm not sleeping any differently yet everything hurts. Sore back, neck, arms, shoulders, legs. Ugghhh.

It feels like I worked out a ton (and I didn't, that's for sure!). Anyone else dealing with this? Any sleep positions you find that help?

  • I haven't found anything that helps but I have the same problem. Mostly my feet and my hips/lower back area. :-( I can't wait to have my body back!

  • Every morning around 3am I wake up with super painful hip/back pain. Nothing helps & I can't get comfortable. I hate it. I wake up sooooo tired!

  • Yes! I am constantly sore, also. It doesn't matter how well I sleep that night, I will wake up and everything, I mean everything, hurts. You would think it would be the other way around? The bottom of my feet will hurt like hell, and I haven't even been on them except to take a bathroom break! I don't get it.

I can't wait to get my body back, either. It shouldn't hurt just to go to the bathroom Sad

  • Oh yeah, I feel the same way.  I sometimes wear a maternity support belt to bed, and that helps with the soreness in my back and stomach a little, but I haven't found anything else that really makes a difference.

  • My hips have been especially sore in the mornings, so I've had to start sleeping on my back up against a pyramid of pillows. Sometimes that gets uncomfortable though. A really dense pillow between my legs has helped a little and shoving softer pillows under my butt, back, and belly. I really just have to continue to move around at night to stay comfortable and less sore.

  • I have been really sore in my hips/crotch/back- I've been seeing a chiropractor and that's fixed the hip/back pain for the post part.  I'm not going to even mention the crotch pain to her- I'm on my own for that one... even if there was something she could do I don't think I'd be interested. lol.

  • Sorry everyone else is so sore but at least I know I'm not alone.

TMI but my butt is especially sore this morning like I did tons of squats. WTF? Almost there!

  • For me it is my hips but once I am up for a while it usually goes away.  as for finding the right postion, NOPE!!  I flip constantly!  I love when people tell me to get all the sleep I can now, HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPPOSED TO DO THAT??

  • I get period like cramps when I get out of bed in the mornging. Also my arms, back, and hips ache. My jaw is usually sore as well (I grind my teeth and my night guard does not fit well any more). Oh and every night I get up to pee, get back into bed, toss and turn for a while, and have trouble falling back to sleep. Ah the joys of pregnancy!

  • It's at this point i really wish I had sprung for the snoogle....
  • Oh, definitely me. It takes, quite literally, every ounce of energy I can muster to walk around, get up from a prone position, turn over in bed, you name it. I am SO ready to be done, to have an OUTSIDE baby!
