Malia Christine has arrived
3 weeks early and she was more than ready to arrive into this world! woke up with contratctions at midnight on April 15th after battling the flu for 24 hours, started timing them at 1am, was at the hospital by 2:15 and she was born at 4:43am. we were lucky enough to have the fabulous Justine Shelton there to capture every moment on film. Picure and more info on my blog (link in siggy). full birth story to come, but I am proud to say I went all natural

Congrats on your precious baby girl and on going all natural!
Yay, I am so happy for all of you! She is gorgeous, and such a nice size even though she couldn't wait to be born and came a bit early!
BTW, in the "small world" category, turns out I've known your cousin Buddy for many years. He's a really close friend of my cousins Bob and Mikey and also helps my aunt Connie with her painting business. She refers to him as her kids' "brother from another mother," so does that make us family too?

When you said you could do this 100 more times, my first thought was, "do it, you would be the best mom to 100 kids. You have enough love in you for a million kids!"
