What's everyone reading right now? I took a leap and bought Tina Fey's book Bossypants for my Kindle and I am really enjoying it. I'm a little behind on Sarah's Key
I love reading. Used to read all the time... before I was a busy mommy. Now I almost never get the chance. I have serious pleasure-reading envy. But I did start reading HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method a little yesterday afternoon while DH entertained the boys. It was lovely to just lay upstairs in the quiet all alone and read by myself And I really hope I can learn something!
And I've heard good things about Bossypants. Glad you're enjoying it!

I haven't started Sarah's Key yet, I am waiting until I finish this semester because I read really fast. I am currently reading Water for Elephants, it's good!
I am currently reading Sweet Valley Confidential. It's AWFUL.
Wow, can you believe it was on the FRONT PAGE of the Sunday NYT yesterday? I also heard an interview on NPR about it this week, too. I lived on those books in elementary school and am so curious about how Jessica and Elizabeth turned out!
I finished Sarah's Key and immediately got the author's second book, though I've not started it yet.

OMG, I agree! It was if the author was still writing for 10 year-olds.
I just finished reading the new Emily Griffin book and it was OK. I liked her earlier stuff a little better.
And I am now reading John Grisham's The Associate. I just started, but it sounds a lot like The Firm. I used to read Grisham's books as soon as they came out, but they aren't that good anymore and I'm pretty much only reading this because they are supposed to be making a movie out of it with Shia LaBeouf

I'm nearing the end of The Girl Who Played With Fire, soon to be followed by Water for Elephants. I tried reading some parenting books but it's too overwhelming this early, I had to put them down! lol

I am so baby-obsessed I have been reading every novel/memoir I can find that is baby-related.
After reading a few trashy baby-related chic lit books Rattled!, Little Earthquakes, Momzilla, Secret Daughter, I just finished another that wasn't half bad- Motherhood Made a Man Out of Me. It was kind of very dated (writen in 2000) but at least the characters were more interesting.
I need to read a non baby related novel next I think. Better to enjoy my free time now, before it's too late!
Re: the Sweet Valley book, I was going to get it, (I was a huuuge fan as a kid) but I read an excerpt that was available online, and it was so bad as to not even be fun.
I am on book 9 of the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Love her books!
That is a great series. I just finished book 16 a few weeks back. I picked up The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins on Friday and read the whole book already. It's not something I would usually be into but it was very well written and obviously kept my attention!
I just saw Bossypants in the store yesterday, and now that you said it was pretty good, I totally want to read it.
Right now, I'm about halfway through Slash by Slash (yes, from Guns 'n Roses). It's great. I've always liked Guns, but I've never been a HUGE fan. I just bought their first album on Saturday - I don't think I ever owned a single one of their albums before this. Music autobios and bios are probably my favorite genre, but this is one of the better ones I've read. Slash isn't the typical full-of-himself rock star, and the book is written with sort of a refreshing candor. I like it.
Re: Reading
I just finished a great book ... My Name is Memory by Ann Brashares. I highly recommend it!

I'm late to the party, but I wanted to join in.
