I didn't get around to responding to your sleep post. We are having similar issues, and I was going a little nuts. My fried attended a sleep workshop at day one, took notes an sent them to me. It's not about CIO or anything. Anyway I have been working with Dylan for a week now and slowly seeing improvement. Let me know if you wan me to email you the notes.
