yes, the first two times I noticed some. It only lasted about half a day to a day afterward and wasn't anything compared to light menstration spotting.

confession: we still haven't had sexy time. =/ at my 6 week check my tear wasn't fully healed, and I got my first PP period at 7 weeks. DS just turned 8 weeks yesterday.

I haven't had sex yet and still have awhile before I am cleared to but when DH and I would have sex in general I would usually spot. Unless the spotting is a continuous, doesn't clear up spotting then I wouldn't worry about it. Spotting after sex isn't that uncommon.

No, but I waited until 7 weeks because I was still spotting until then.

Yes! But I had other random bleeding episodes after exercise also. (At 7, 8 and 9 weeks pp.) At first I thought it was AF but my OB thinks now I just took longer to heal after the 3rd c-section.
