I breastfed my 7 month old daughter until she was 6 months old. She has been officially weaned for 3 weeks now. However, I am still struggling when I feed her a bottle. She eats great for the first couple ounces and then its a battle for her to eat anymore let alone finish the rest. She has been at daycare full time since she was 2 months old. She eats great at daycare according to my caregiver. She finishes her bottles and even feeds herself! But with me, she fights me. I thought it was because she was acting out from being weaned, but I thought after 3 weeks of pure bottle she would have adjusted by now.
The other part is she is eating solids now, so it's hard to tell if she is full from solids or is just resisting the bottle from mom. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
