Outdoor Activites with DS

With the weather turning nicer here in PA, I'm looking for ideas of activities to do with DS outside. I'm feeling trapped in the house and he loves to be outside. DH is laid off and money is tight so I'm looking for ideas of some free fun.

    We do a lot of parks and nature trails. My son LOVES being outdoors too! The summer is so much nicer because parks are free.

    Mellissa where are you located? There are a lot of great parks. There is the Possibility Place off on Nye's Road. There is the Kid's Castle in Lower Allen. Fort Hunter, City Island all have great play areas.

     I live in Paxtang and we have the Harrisburg Green Belt, which is this awesome trail for walking..there are also paths that go off into the woods to explore a little. There is even a park at the end of the trail to play at.
