Sad situation...

Their is a baby girl next to DD who is going to be there long term. Her mom had pre-e as well as a serve blood clot post delivery that resulted in needing a filter put in to prevent the clot from hitting her heart or lungs. She spent last night in the ER because of high np, she laterally left the nicu last night to go to the ER and came back to the NICU after being discharged. This mom is very young and is scared out of her mind.

Her own mother drops her off and leaves her all day. She has no food or money for food when she is there. I feel so terrible for her situation and would really love to teach her mom a thing or two for being so cruel to her. This young girl is trying so hard to be the best parent she can but has no example to go by.

Any thoughts and prayers you can send her way would be appreciated. No one deserves the cards she has been dealt.
