Clogged Duct at 25 weeks pregnant?

hi!  I'm not even leaking but i have a white spot on my nipple and my OB said its a clogged duct... her reccommendation was to put a hot towel on it and it should break through... no luck...  What do you suggest?

    Is it hurting? I think I would contact a lactation consultant. Wish I could help.

    Sounds like a milk blister or bleeb.  If so, then a hot towel (or even gentle exfoliation with a hot damp washcloth in the shower) should help it come to the surface.  Just be aware that once the skin is broken / cleared you MAY have a string of congeled milk come out - it could look like really thick pus from a zit.

    Thanks for the input, i always scrub with a louffa and hot hot water but that hasn't released it yet... so i might have to try scrubbing harder and then maybe call the LC...
