LOVE, LOVE this workout. It's intense, but not impossible! I did it in the beginning of my pregnancy, but as I got bigger, I couldn't jump around as much. I went back to ChaLean Extreme (her strength training program) which I also highly recommend. I'm 7 days away from edd and still doing the PUSH portion of ChaLean Extreme, supplemented with walking 40 minutes.
I'm a lurker over here..... but I'm on day 2. It's hard. But - I'm very out of shape and doing it! So far, not bad. Probably not the best choice for starting to get back in shape - but it's definitely do-able. I'll update you in a few weeks! :
