2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? The same, which I see as a victory since I wasn't able to work out.
3.How much are you down total? No real loss yet.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I got the Crystal Light packets and we (DH and I) are both loving them! So I'm getting more water! Yay! I also fell in love (again) with gatorade. There is nothing like a semi-frozen gatorade after a run. (It's like a slushee!)

1.How did your week go? Not that great. Between being OOT and now getting the flu/period (yes at the same time!), I haven't been doing that well. I am still logging my food, but I only was able to run twice this week and no spin.
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I haven't weighed in. I am scared to!
3.How much are you down total? 15, as long as I haven't done any damage.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? Again, not really working out this week. I did run on Monday and Wednesday, but Wednesday was not a good run (probably because I was getting sick).

I'm down - thank goodness - but I feel like I'm starving. And the new WW sucks.
I started Pilates on Saturdays with a personal instructor. And I went to boot camp after work on Monday - which kicked my butt.
When I worked full time - I went to the gym at lunch. But now there isn't a gym near me - so it's harder
Easter 2011
1.How did your week go? This week was better than last when I was sick, not exercising, and craving (and stuffing my face with) comfort foods.
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? Down from last week's disaster, but still up overall. Suck.
3.How much are you down total? 5.2 I broke up with WW and joined MFP today, so I'm hoping for more in the coming weeks. I'm angry at WW for wasting my time.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? Back to running this week, am on track to meet my running goal for April. I've met my monthly goal every month so far this year!

Pretty good .. I have been running at least 3 times a week and progressively increasing the length of my long runs. I am still skeptical I will be able to run 13 miles, but I am trying to stay motivated and active, even though I've been EXHAUSTED lately (this week especially..)

I will be on vacation this week, so I'm not going to worry as much about what I eat like I usually do (even on vacation ..I think I have issues). But I am going to try to run at least 3-4 times on the beach, etc.!!!

I found this recipe for all-natural Vegan Energy Bars .. I was a little skeptical with some of the ingredients, but I made them and they are DELICIOUS!! Great alternative to the Commercial Energy Bars with all the added chemicals:

1. I feel like I am not eating enough fruits and veggies. How do you get fresh produce into you diet?
-I try to get at least 1-2 servings in each meal or eat them as snacks. I usually eat an apple w/peanut or almond butter for breakfast or a morning snack. I try to eat at least 1 salad a day with several mixed vegetables in it. I also make sure to have a veggie with dinner. I am a vegetarian though - so I do have a lot of focus on veggies. Hummus is also a good option for a snack with raw veggies - its good with carrots, celery, snap peas and also pita chips or crackers/pretzels etc. Just try to keep a variety of fruits/veggies on hand so they are an easy 'go to' snack
