Hi!  Saw your post in FFFC about pullups and being worried about your guy not progressing with potty training.  I often recommend that parents of my kiddos put on undies with a pull up over the undies - that way the undies are next to the skin, and if there's an accident the kiddo it won't be absorbed by the pull up and the child still feels it, but there's not a mess.  Maybe your daycare would say this is okay??
