So what kitchen gadget can you just NOT live with out or are your favs.?

manda, I love my corkscrew too!
I'm not a great cook, so I can't live without my microwave
Plus my knives, my GIANT cutting board and red Kitchen Aid mixer. The mini food processor on the handblender really takes the cake though! (pun totally intended).
Also -- my silpat for cookie sheets and counters.
ETA: Corkscrew....that was genius Manda!

I looove my cast iron skillet... If you get one, make sure you get the preseasoned.
I also love my Bed Bath & Beyond cup and tablespoon/teaspoon measurers (they are all connected on a triangle for easy storage).
DH got me a little kitchen timer in the shape of a piglet (it's sooo cute)
And, lastly, I LOOOVE my Temptations cookware! It's beautiful, and it's microwaveable, dishwasher safe, and EVERYTHING is oven safe (including plates). Everything come with it's own rack so I can literally pull it from the oven and put it on the table
(it's also, non-stick...nothing ever sticks to it!)

I have two! These are my babies! I use my mixer for EVERYTHING! I bought the ice cream attachment after Christmas and it is awesome! I make smoothies almost every day for breakfast, so this bad boy whips them up for me pronto!
And yes, they are orange for real!
I love love love bright colors and dh doesn't so, I just painted the kitchen orange one day and he can deal with it!
