$85 a month for BC???

What do you pay for Nuvaring I have a couple of samples left and went to walgreens to see about getting more and it's $85 a month if you don't have insurance!!!!  That is just insane to me and I live in rural Kansas where the cost of living is pretty low....how much do you guys pay and where do you get it??? There is no way I can pay that!!!

    I was paying $65 for the patch with insurance. Before I had insurance I would go through our city clinic and they based how much you paid on how much your income was. You might want to look into that.

    I may have to do that when i decided to get it I asked how much it usually runs and they told me about $40 a month without insurance $85 just kind of shocked me I guess....

    That's the feeling I'm getting I'm just afraid I'll forget to take it I'm a full time college student and work 30 hours a weeks so my schedule is constantly changing and I can see myself forgetting but I may have to look into the pill....Has anyone ever bought BC online??

    Don't do that. Are you at a university? Do they offer health services? When I was in college I got my bc super cheap though school. Ditto what pp said about visiting the county clinic/health department. There are lots of services out there for help with bc. Good luck!

    to get it at the clinic or university can you just take your prescription in and get it or do you have to set up an appointment and stuff at their facility???
